The generator works without an account or analytics consent. PDF generation happens in your browser. We do not upload your measurements when you export.

Drafts and shared links

Your unfinished editor is saved in this browser’s local storage until you clear it with New sheet or clear your browser data. Shared snapshots are encoded in the URL fragment, which is not sent in ordinary hosting requests. Anyone with the link can read or edit a copy. Sharing is not an access-control system. Opening a shared view preserves your local draft.

Optional course setup by email

If configured, we store your email address and one course setup (course name, units, paper format, green depths) in Cloudflare D1. We do not store pin positions or date labels in a course setup. Resend delivers requested verification messages. Links expire after 30 minutes and require an explicit confirmation. Expired pending requests and hashed abuse-protection identifiers are removed on the next email API request; saved setups remain until replaced or deleted through verified email access. Use Retrieve setup, then confirm and select Delete saved setup. Email is not used for marketing.

Optional analytics

If configured and you allow it, Google Analytics 4 records page visits and coarse actions: PDF exports, blank-template downloads, sharing, editing a copy, verified saves, guide visits and Pins Today clicks. We never include course names, labels, measurements, email, tokens or shared payloads. Reported URLs omit fragments and query strings. Analytics may use cookies and process device information. Declining prevents loading analytics. Change your choice below; withdrawal stops further events, removes first-party GA cookies where accessible and reloads the page.

Hosting

Cloudflare serves the website and may process request metadata for delivery and security. Links to Pins Today include attribution tags, without your sheet data. See Pins Today’s privacy information when visiting that site.
